Vanuatu Registry Services Ltd (VRS) is company formed for the express purpose of promoting the offshore presence of the Republic of Vanuatu. VRS works closely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in consular matters and with the Ministry of Finance in the promotion of Vanuatu International Companies.

VRS is a professional service organization established by veterans with many decades of experience in the international and corporate services industries.
